Zhi-Wei Wang and Shou-Shi Fu, instructed by Dr. T.K. Philip Hwang and Prof. Cheng-Kuei Fan, have won the "best of the best" prize for the project "Skinny Player" in Design Concept Category of the 2010 Red Dot Design Award, which is one of the world's large and prestigious design competition. This year, there are 3,023 projects submitted to the Design Concept Category of the competition. Only 180 entries have been awarded. NTUT has an outstanding and impressive achievement. Prizewinners will be invited to the awarding ceremony at Red Dot Design Museum in Singapore and will have a chance to win Luminary Award of this year, which is the highest achievement of the Red Dot Award, and $5,000 (USD) as the reward. Besides, their works will be exhibited in the museum for a year.
