Chen-You Tsai Awarded The First Prize of The Third Taipei International Modern Ink Painting Biennial
Chen-You Tsai, the student of Graduate Institute of Interactive Media Design, has been awarded the first prize and NT$100,000 as the reward in Video Installation Category of The Third Taipei International Modern Ink Painting Biennial for his work "Escort".
