You can use either Chinese or English to fill out the subscription form (except for the email section, please fill in the correct email).  

If you need to provide multiple subscription information at a time, please put a comma at the end of each data (an example is shown below).  

You can submit up to 10 subscription information per form.  More than 10 pieces of subscription information, please submit the form first and then fill out the form again. 

提供文字除電子信箱外，中英文皆可。

若需一次提供多筆訂閱資料，請將資料放置於同一欄位中並以英文逗點間隔, 示範如下。表單最多可輸入10筆，超過10筆請先送出表單再進行二次填寫。
